- No outside work - No PCRs, Quarterly Inspections, Final Bond Inspections
- Small, easy care rent round - excellent support staff

Small, easy care rent round. 135 properties within 5kms radius of office.
All tenant inspections carried out by dedicated Leasing Agent
Currently using Gee Dee, transitioning to Property Tree.
Latest software/apps that make the job so much easier.
Including; MyDesktop, InspectRealEstate, DocuSign.
No Maintenance and Repairs duties - carried out by property manager assistant.
Business development skills.
Must have current drivers licence.
Must have good references.
Preferably 10 years+ experience as Property Manager.
