We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy team in the role of Leasing Consultant. The role is responsible for the end-to-end leasing process, and assisting with other aspects of property management as required. 

You will be supporting a dynamic, successful and talented property management team that comprises of 5 portfolio managers plus an administrative support team.

The day-to-day responsibilities of the role include; 

• Advertising and marketing properties

• Hosting open homes & private inspections (including Saturdays) 

• Liaising with prospective tenants and screening applications

• Communication daily with Landlords to provide feedback 

• Management of IRE software

This full-time role is ideal for a self motivated and passionate individual who is Initiative driven & has an ability to work autonomously without supervision.

To be considered for this dynamic role, you must:

• Corporate presentation

• High Energy!

• Excellent communication organisation and time management skills

• Creative marketing mind with strong negotiation skills are highly desirable.

• Tech Savvy – ability to learn programs quickly. Familiarity with inspect real estate software an advantage

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Attention to detail

• Property management license desirable (will be required within 12 months)

• Drivers License and reliable car

• Preferably have at least 12 months experience in a similar role;

• Have a positive, can-do, sales orientated attitude

• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

• Provide a current police clearance
