What this job involves
You'll be based on site at a shopping centre located in Melbourne's South East. You'll ensure that the centre is fully maintained with your daily focus spanning EH&S, presentation, overall maintenance of the property, capital works and security.
Your priorities at all times will be the health, safety and security of all visitors and occupants, and the presentation & performance of the centres.
You'll need to be on site most of the time. It's the best way to oversee daily operations and give our client great service.

It is preferred that you have had a similar Operations role in a retail environment, with either a trade or engineering qualifications (mechanical or electrical). Strong communication and customer service skills are sought, along with sound technical knowledge and a proactive and positive work approach. The ability to be assertive when required, to remain calm in pressured situations and a high level of attention to detail will ensure your success in this role.
Both written and spoken communication skills are vital and, of course, you'll be good at building team relationships and interacting effectively with business partners.
