About the company
Our client is a brand name organisation in the Australian market, with a long and proud history of servicing both industry and the general public.  With internal structural changes currently being finalised, an opportunity has arisen to the join the national property team based in the Adelaide office.

About the Role 
Assisting with managing a busy portfolio and providing support in regard to retail lease administration, you will be responsible for managing, updating and co-ordinating documentation and liaising between key stakeholders.  

Duties
In this role key duties will include:
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants and internal stakeholders
  • Database management in regard to critical milestone dates and management of information
  • Prepare lease documentation and assist with various stages of the execution process
  • Assist with repairs and maintenance enquiries
  • General administration
Skills & Experience 
You may come from an administrative background working in commercial agency, retail management, the legal field or working with another property owner.  Alternatively you may be a property graduate (Bachelor Business - Property) with 12 months + experience and some exposure to the property industry.  Either way you will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and update documentation and the company database.

Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel will be required.
