Duties include but are not limited to:
- Building relationships with external & internal clients
- Actively sourcing new business
- Conducting rental appraisals
- Business generation from existing and new client base
- Providing exemplary customer service
To be considered for this role you need:
- Agent's Representative Certificate
- Proven real estate experience an advantage
- Excellent time-management, communication & organisational skills
- Robust negotiation skills
- Initiative and the ability to work independently or within a team
- Positive, tenacious, 'can-do' attitude
- Friendly & easygoing manner
- Corporate presentation
