The company

Our client is a highly regarded National Developer, they specialise across a range of asset classes including, land, high-end apartments and boutique townhouse developments.

The Role
This newly created role will see you work closely with a very Senior Development Manager in the business who is a proven leader and excellent mentor. You will gain experience working across the full development life-cycle.

And see you take responsibility for:

• Design development
• Planning approvals
• Management of Sales and Marketing
• Preparation and presentation of regular Board Reports
• Management of a full consultant team
• Responsibility for construction delivery through to settlement

This is a great role to be hands on in all phases on the development process and join a group that is known for delivering quality residential developments. 

Skills & Experience
This role will suit someone with a background in Development but also those from construction or a Advisory background looking grow into a more senior Development role. 

With full life-cycle development exposure, you will have the ability to manage and drive project teams, ensuring project milestones are met and achieving successful commercial outcomes.
