Our Sunshine Office is seeking a highly motivated, organised Assistant Property Manager for a period of 4 to 6 months to cover a Maternity Leave.
An Agent's Representative license is required and applicants must also have a reliable motor vehicle.
The role will involve:
• Providing prompt and professional assistance to tenants and landlords, always maintaining regular contact.
• The preparation and lodgement of applications to the Residential Tenancies Tribunal.
• Ensure that tenant rental arrears are kept to a minimum.
• Help with Preperation of New leases, Condition reports via reports and photos.
