This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a property graduate to take your career to the next level. With a focus on corporate property, you will use your new skills to support the State Manager, Project Managers and Town Planners on projects for national Telecommunications clients.
Role
This role will offer you a broad scope as you provide assistance to the team in delivering client requirements. Main responsibilities will include supporting the project management, project reporting and compilation, property research, and negotiating and arranging access to sites.
You will also have the opportunity to negotiate commercial terms and client liaison.
Experience
Your strong administration skills with a high level of customer focus and ability to prepare well written reports will drive your success. You will be commercially motivated with a commitment to quality and positive results.
