Experienced Residential Leasing Agent / Property Manager

IMMEDIATE START

Great opportunity for experienced Residential leasing manager looking for flexible working hours.

Work Independently

Flexible working hours, minimum 20- 25 hours per week may lead to full time hours.

On Site Office, no requirement to live in.
Manage a small Portfolio

No time on the road as we are based in one location.

We build strong relationships with tenants and owners.

We are looking for a full-time Property Manager who has experience in residential leasing and property management.

Duties include:

• Managing the renewals process from start to finish using proven processes
• Listing and updating rental property listings on websites
• Conducting prospective tenant inspections of apartments
• End to end documentation of tenancies including bond lodgments
• Attending the reception desk, answering phones, responding to enquiries in a timely manner.
• Coordinating repairs and tradespeople
• Keeping rental arrears to a minimum
• Conducting property inspection reports - entry, routine & exit conditions
• Trust accounting and processing of charges.
• Daily administration

Skills & Experience required:

• Current Certificate of Registration is essential
• Experience with REI Master
• We are looking for someone who has particular experience in new listings....advertising, showing and converting new leases and managing tenant entry and exits.
• Excellent communication skills...both verbal and written
• High level of attention to detail
• High level of customer service, excellent telephone manner
• Enthusiastic people with a strong focus on service delivery who are friendly and well presented will succeed.
