Our client is an Australian owned and operated luxury design-led Property Developer with a forte in mixed-use and Apartment developments.

Are you looking for a strong base salary coupled with uncapped commissions rather than the retainer on offer with some agencies? Are you looking for a highly active Developer with a consistent pipeline of projects that will ensure a steady cashflow? Are you looking for a proven and approachable Sales Manager to support you and well-designed projects whose stock you are proud to sell? If so, then this role sounds like your next career move!

We are specifically looking for Project Sales Executives for 2 flagship projects in inner Melbourne. Do you have the following attributes & experience:

• Previous Project Sales/Off The Plan experience either with a Property Developer, Project Marketer or Real Estate agency
• Experience selling apartment or townhouse stock is essential 
• Strong performers with a good track record in sales
• Experience selling a high-end product preferred
• Polished presentation
• Customer centric and engaging personality
• Availability to work weekends as is the expected in Off The Plan sales
• Driver’s licence and car
• Agent’s Rep Certificate
