Our Opportunity:
You are a dynamic and ambitious individual looking for your first break into the leading Property & Real Estate services organisation!
In this role, you will support the team with a variety of leasing administration and reporting functions. Key to your success will be your flexible friendly attitude, organisational and reporting capabilities as well as your ‘can do’ attitude. Additionally, knowledge of commercial lease structures would be highly regarded.
What are we looking for?
A talented university graduate (Commerce, Finance or Real Estate background) with some proven relevant LA work experience.
The ability to understand and interpret commercial contracts (preferably real estate leases).
Able to work well independently as well as in a team.
A knowledge of accounting would be an advantage, however not essential.
Experience using a property management/lease administration system.
