St Ives Shopping Village is a privately owned Centre with 3 majors and 111 specialty tenants. We have a fantastic opportunity for a positive, proactive, practical candidate to join our onsite Centre Management team as a Facilities Co-ordinator assisting the Facilities Manager working onsite at St Ives Shopping Village.

You will join this family run business that values Transparency, Integrity, Respect, Accountability and Clear communication, maintaining the property to the highest of standards. The overall purpose is to ensure the day-to-day maintenance of the St Ives Shopping Village. The candidate will have a hands on approach and take responsibility for their actions and business outcomes.

This will include maintaining relationships with the Centre’s retailers, colleagues, stakeholders and contractors, ensuring the centre is maintained to a high standard and minimising operating expenses and risks where possible.  

You will be accountable for:

• Supervising and co-ordinating repairs and maintenance.
• Identifying, investigating and assessing OHS risks.
• Inducting and promoting safety awareness with contractors and employees.
• Monitoring contractor work areas and the Centre’s contractors
• Assisting in the co-ordination of tenancy fit out procedures
• Dismantling of promotional displays/events
• And operational expenditure budget works.

We are also interested in hearing from those who have experience working in a similar role, experience working in retail/commercial/industrial property and/or having a trade qualification (carpentry or electrician) is desirable.
