This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager with exceptional Business Development skills looking to join a highly respected and high performing office in the inner south. The Role:

Within this position, you will spend half of your week maintaining a tidy residential portfolio of 50 properties using Property Tree and providing exceptional service levels to your clients.  The second half of your week will see you maintaining responsibility for the generation of new business primarily through a healthy amount of direct referrals from the Sales Team.  
 
Key responsibilities:

Property Management
Business Development Skills and Experience:

• 1-2 years Property Management experience ideally
• A current certificate of Registration & driver's license
• High level of professionalism and maturity
• Commitment to superior customer service
• Previous experience using Property Tree will be advantageous
