Your new company
Passionate Not For Profit requires a Facilities Officer that is customer focused, a strong team player and can work in a fast paced environment in a temporary capacity in the inner CBD
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls in a professional manner
- Logging and prioritising maintenance issues
- Organising contractors and keeping all parties informed with timelines
- Bid for contracts through the DHHS
- Organise white goods and furniture for homes
- Raise purchase orders and processing invoices
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous facilities helpdesk experience
- Excellent customer service
- Strong team player
- Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and resolve problems
