Facilities Officer is required for a passionate and inclusive Not For Profit in the CBD

Your new company
Passionate Not For Profit requires a Facilities Officer that is customer focused, a strong team player and can work in a fast paced environment in a temporary capacity in the inner CBD

Your new role
You will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Logging and prioritising maintenance issues
  • Organising contractors and keeping all parties informed with timelines
  • Bid for contracts through the DHHS
  • Organise white goods and furniture for homes
  • Raise purchase orders and processing invoices



What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous facilities helpdesk experience
  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and resolve problems
