Whilst servicing the Inner West real estate market, the team have come to recognise the evolving nature of Marrickville and the surrounding area. This agency is interested in cultivating and promoting the urban sophistication of the area, reflected through their property portfolios.

About the Role
Your role will be to Manage a portfolio of 180 with a Property Officer. The Property Officer will take care of all the ingoing, outgoing, periodics and leasing which leaves you to do the management - think arrears, repairs, landlord liaison and trust accounting. Our clients are happy to train someone who doesn't have trust accounting experience but you must have managed your own portfolio before. 

About You 
To be considered for this role; 

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration 
• Current Australian Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
• Experience managing own portfolio 
• Great attitude
