- Involvement with two Partners, one predominantly in the area of contract administration across high value, complex construction and engineering disputes
- The second Partner focuses on banking litigation with clients at the tier one level operating either nationally or internationally
- With a strong reputation in international arbitration there will of course be a raft of litigation, adjudication, mediation and expert witness work
- Expectations include assisting in the preparation of expert evidence, regular client interaction and in business development/ marketing initiatives
- Recent and current matters are in the industries of oil and gas, mining, infrastructure and banking in a number of jurisdictions
- Global firm with impressive benefits package and professional development program
LLB (Hons) with 3-4 years PQE in a top tier, global or national firm. Strong experience with sizeable disputes in a boutique/ specialist firm will be considered.
