The Company
A Global Legal firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to permanently support a high-profile Partner, named one of Australia's Partners of the year in a 1 on 1 role.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing the Partners internal and external appointments with appropriate meeting lead times and assisting with meeting preparation.
• Coordinate detailed travel arrangements including domestic and international itineraries.
• Effective telephone call management and ensure email correspondence manages expectations yet displays a high-quality service.
• Coordinate and produce compliant documentation and correspondence whilst meeting required competition deadlines and negotiate alternate timeframes when necessary.
• Assist Partner with billing targets, cheque requisitions, petty cash and corporate credit card expenditure.
• Manage client event invitation lists, RSVP’s, greeting clients at the event and post event list maintenance.

About You
• Demonstrated strong high-level experience as a Legal Secretary
• Experience in Disputes in highly advantageous but not essential
• Intermediate to advance level MS Word knowledge
• Intermediate level MS PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
• Demonstrated meticulous attention to detail
• Proven high level organisational and time management skills with the ability to think ahead, prioritise workload and work under pressure in a demanding role
