Our client is a leading top tier firm with a suite of prestigious commercial practices.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a solicitor with 1-3 years post admission experience to join the Corporate team. The group enjoys strong leadership by Partners that are not only admired for their client outcomes, but also for the commitment that they show to genuinely developing the careers of their more junior professional staff. The team is friendly and collaborative and they enjoy a sociable atmosphere.
The successful candidate will have relevant corporate experience gained at either a top tier or national firm (or one of the large Queensland firms). You will be involved in capital raising, corporate restructures, high profile acquisitions and other general corporate matters.
To be successful, you will have solid drafting skills, and a demonstrated ability to effectively and critically analyse matters.
