Gold-Coast based Crest Migration, a division of McLaughlins Lawyers, is looking for an experienced migration agent/lawyer with at least two year's relevant experience. P/T and work-from-home options.

Busy, strongly-growing business offers a senior position on flexible terms. The position has a high-level of autonomy, flexible working hours and would suit a self-reliant, well-organised and efficient professional. The primary purpose of the role is to advise clients on migration law and to lodge visa applications.

Applicants must have:

• At least two year's registration as a migration agent or at least two year's post-admission legal experience in Australia
• Experience in employer-sponsored, business, family and other visa applications
• Be MARA-registered or a solicitor with a current practising certificate
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Superb presentation and client management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Software and computer literacy

Applicants preferred with the following qualities:

• Broad and deep experience in migration law
• Working knowledge of another language
• Organised, efficient, self-reliant with knowledge of LEAP software
