About this amazing role!
Our client is seeking an experienced Trade Marks or Intellectual Property Legal Secretary to join this highly successful team.
You will support a Partner, Attorney, Lawyer and Paralegal and will enjoy a fast paced and high-volume role.
Your duties will include; extensive diary management, updating and maintaining databases, creating precedents, extensive billing, amending documents, opening and closing files, general administration and more.
About YOU, the amazing candidate!
It is essential that you have between one and three year's experience as a Legal Secretary with
You will be self-motivated, have strong attention to detail, high level organisational skills and a positive approach to work.
Perhaps you have worked in a smaller firm and would love to take the next step in your career and work at a large reputable firm with all of the bells and whistles!
