Our client is a well respected and well established law firm based in the heart of the CBD. They have a need for an experienced legal secretary to join their team, and essential to the role will be your previous experience in either civil or commercial litigation.
Your day will be varied, and will comprise tasks including -
- managing telephone enquiries;
- client liaison;
- maintaining calendars & schedules;
- drafting and typing letters and documents;
- editing/amending documents;
- photocopying and scanning documents;
- opening and closing files;
- invoicing;
- managing and prioritising daily workloads to meet deadlines;
- maintaining client database; and
- other duties, as and when required.
Your previous litigation experience will be well regarded, as will your exceptional organisational skills, excellent eye-for-detail and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office. Added to this will be your ability to prioritise a busy workload, in addition to your team player approach, and fabulous interpersonal skills.
