Working 9 am to 5 pm, this role will require you to provide administration and junior level secretarial support to a team of lawyers who focus on Planning, Environment and Government law. They are strong believers in developing your career and therefore this is the perfect role for someone looking commence their legal secretarial career! Your duties will include, though not limited to:
- Preparation of document and correspondence preparation (including Court documents)
- Telephone attendance
- Dictaphone typing
- Archiving
- Filing
- Printing and collating large documents
- General administration duties
The successful candidate for this role will be polished, professional, well-spoken and possess a can-do attitude. The team are looking for someone switched on and on the ball. Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and previous experience within a legal environment a must.
