Taylor Smart Lawyers is a progressive, boutique commercial law firm based in East Perth with an excellent reputation and a high-performing team.
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated commercially astute Lawyer with 2-4 years post admission experience to join our Wills and Estates team. You will be joining a cohesive environment where flexible working hours are available.
The position will primarily involve management of your own Wills and Estate matters with mentoring and guidance from our experienced Partners.
The role will also include some commercial property leasing and advice and general commercial work.
The Firm has a focus on supporting career growth and the role offers an exceptional personal development opportunity.
To be successful in this role it is essential you have:
* A current unrestricted practising certificate;
* 2-4 years previous experience working within a recognised Wills & Estates team;
* Strong knowledge in Wills and Estate Administration including complex Estate planning;
* Superior drafting skills;
* Accuracy and a high attention to detail;
* Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients; and
* An ability to market both yourself and the firm.
