This leading law firm with a national presence is going from strength to strength and is known for its high retention rate and inclusive culture. Due to an exciting period of growth, there is an opportunity for an experienced TMT lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level to join the firm’s highly successful TMT team in Sydney.
Working with a diverse client base ranging from financial institutions to IT startups, your practice will focus on quality commercial matters and transactions, as well providing competition and consumer law advice, advising on IP/IT, data protection and privacy matters.
This role would suit a creative lawyer with at least 3 years relevant experience acquired from a mid to large commercial law firm. As well as having specific front end commercial / TMT experience, you will have strong technical skills, a creative approach to problem solving and a naturally engaging, enthusiastic manner that enables you to quickly build relationships. You will also be passionate about technology with a strong desire to build your expertise in this area.
