For this role.....our client is now seeking to appoint a proven & talented B&F Lawyer who can take a lead role in complex deals, syndicated loans, property finance and is seeking to grow their skillset under the watchful eyes of great mentors! Here you will work on a diverse range of challenging, high quality and complex front end banking finance transactions and mid-market corporate transactions, as a key appointment within this highly regarded team. 

Responsibilities here will include for example:-

• advising, drafting and negotiating finance documents for both borrowers and lenders on diverse domestic & cross-border secured and unsecured finance transactions; trade & commodity finance; structured project finance and restructuring.
• handling the more complex deals and guiding less experienced members of the team.

The successful applicant will...

• be at Associate level/on cusp of Senior Associate and possess experience in high quality banking and finance matters, typically gained at mid-top tier firm;
• strong drafting and other technical skills including a demonstrated understanding of the legal and regulatory environment relevant to B&F;
• outstanding communication and relationship building skills;
• be pro-active, driven and highly organised with a genuine interest in building your skillset/profile within a leading B&F team!
