The Firm
Our client is a well-regarded large law firm with an upmarket client base and high profile partners. Working on a broad mix of commercial property matters, including interesting and complex developments, leasing, sales and acquisitions, you will enjoy substantial autonomy and the support of the partners.

The Role
The role will suit a mid level property lawyer with a mix of strong property experience, good interpersonal skills and a solid technical base. It will allow a lawyer to develop their own practice over time and will offer a ready-made client base from day one to service. It will include general property work as well as transactional work in a hospitality context.

Skills and Experience  
You should be a commercial property lawyer with a minimum of 3 years post admission experience, and possible substantially more. You may be currently working at a strong medium, specialist boutique, or top tier firm, looking for a positive change.

• You will have excellent drafting skills,
• Strong transactional experience,
• Confident client facing ability
