Your new role:
Reporting directly to the Company Secretary – you will enjoy providing company secretarial services to Bank of Queensland's (BOQ) group of companies, as well as corporate governance advice and support to directors.
Specifically you will:
- Manage the corporate governance needs and meetings of subsidiary entities
- Assist in managing corporate registers, regulatory filings, corporate calendars and agendas
- Review and advise on corporate governance policies
- Assist in the review and preparation of annual reports and other public disclosure documents
- Manage key stakeholders including, but not limited to, the Board and Executives and Regulators
About you:
As a consummate professional, you will demonstrate proven experience in a similar role, possessing expert skills in company secretarial procedures. Naturally, you will exceptional technical expertise, demonstrating extensive knowledge of legislation applicable to governance procedures.
Your proven stakeholder and project management experience has enabled you to deliver best practice corporate governance practices.
You will be able to communicate strongly and openly to both individuals and groups and thrive in a high pressure environment. Above all else, you will be a self-directed, flexible, motivated team player who will enjoy working in a transformational and changing environment.
N.B. Inter-state travel is required for this role.
