On offer is a great opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer to join a dynamic team at the Gold Coast. This role will see you working across Corporate and Commercial Law and providing quality service to the firms business clients, with a strong focus in transactional work. The types of matters you can expect to cross your desk are:
- Mergers and Acquisitions;
- Corporate Governance and Compliance;
- Business structuring and asset protection;
- Business Sales and Acquisitions;
- Due Diligence;
- Joint Ventures and Shareholders Agreements;
- Capital Raising; and
- Much more - enjoy variety in your day at the office!
You will be considered if you have the following:-
- At least one (1) year PAE in Commercial Law;
- Strong transactional experience;
- Great attention to detail and be client focused at all times; and
