Our well-established and reputable firm has been helping secure visas since 2002, and we are seeking someone exceptional to join our rapidly growing migration law practice. 

The chosen candidate will be encouraged to explore all aspects of migration law and will be expected to assist clients with identifying visa options, assessing visa eligibility and application merits.  We pride ourselves on our ability to find novel solutions, and to run complex visa matters. 

We are also experienced in AAT Hearings and Federal Court Appeals, and have taken matters to the High Court in circumstances where legislation deserves to be declared invalid.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in the industry and possess the following abilities:

2. High level time management skills and attention to detail

3. Ability to work within a team environment and independently - we do not tolerate office politics!
