The Melbourne REEP team is a large, collegiate team with a commitment to achieving excellence in all that we do. When working on matters, we aim to see the world through our clients' eyes, to intimately understand the nuances of the deal, the many issues and complexities it presents and how best to solve for these.
Our clients are sophisticated and savvy, ranging from developers, investors, owners, landlords, property fund managers through to governments and statutory bodies both local and international. We work collaboratively and seamlessly with our colleagues across MinterEllison's many practice groups and offices, especially Tax, Finance, M&A and commercial litigation. YOUR ROLE
A great opportunity has arisen for a senior lawyer to assist leading a large team dealing with the full spectrum of real estate law. The work will span capital transactions (including acquisitions, disposals, due diligence and volume conveyancing), leasing (for many of Australia's leading landlords and tenants including both major one-off leases and volume leasing work on national property portfolios), property development and asset management strategies. Our client base has grown significantly in recent times and we need a proactive person with strong experience to meet demands.
