THE FIRM 

Our client is a pre-eminent national firm with an unrivalled reputation in Banking & Finance. The firm regularly acts for and advises international banks, the major Australian banks, mezzanine financiers and large corporate borrowers as well as developers and property funds.  

THE ROLE

This role represents a stellar opportunity for a 2 to 6 PAE Banking & Finance lawyer to play an integral part in advising financiers and borrowers in relation to a wide range of finance transactions including real estate and development financings, leveraged and acquisition financings, general corporate lending and debt restructurings.

THE PERSON

You're a 2 to 6 year PAE lawyer with solid experience in drafting, negotiating and settling terms of finance documents with strong knowledge of security issues and the PPSA generally. You're efficient and organised when focused on the completion of transactions and you enjoy playing a key role in a strong team.
