Highly regarded boutique law firm MDS Legal is seeking an Outside Clerk / Junior Administration Assistant for an immediate start in a full time role.

Main Responsibilities:

·  Lodging of legal documents at Law Courts, ASIC, Landgate & SAT

·  Serving of documents / Deliveries

·  Attending property settlements

·  General office filing

·  Typing correspondence

·  Photocopying

·  Relief reception cover

·  Banking

·  General office duties

Skills required:

·  Flexible "can do" attitude and team player

·  Excellent time-management and organisational skills

·  Touch Typing skills

·  Exceptional communication skills

·  Proactive and positive attitude

·  Microsoft Office 2016 (would be an advantage)
