CBD based client is looking for someone to join their team of Workers Compensation Specialists to work on Case Files Reviews.  This will be for an initial 6 month fixed term permanent contract with the high probability of converting to full time permanent after the initial term.

You will be joining a team of experienced Case File Reviewer/Auditors who review claims files and to verify compliance with business rules, through checking if claims processes are followed appropriately and recording results.

We are looking for someone who either has previous experience in Case File Reviews or who is looking for career development and will receive training and mentoring from an experienced team.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation and  execution of Workers Compensation audits and other ad hoc reviews
• Provide feedback of Workers Comp audit outcomes and remedial actions as part of report
• Assist in developing recommendations and procedures to ensure compliance requirements are met, risk are managed and remunerations maximised
• Review business risk process and contributes to continuous improvement

Essential skills and experience requirements:

• Knowledge of  current NSW legislation, policies ad guidelines
• Ideally 1-2 years NSW Workers Compensation Claims or Case Management experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
