Our client is seeking a motivated and customer focused Motor Claims Consultant.
The role will involve managing motor vehicle claims through to final resolution and providing excellent customer service, empathy and support to customers during their time of need.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing motor claims from lodgement stage
- Developing relationships and working closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders (including preferred repairers and assessors)
- Obtaining quotations from repairers for works to be completed
- Guiding customers through the claims process, offering empathy and support throughout the process
- Processing claims and providing advise on product coverage
- Identifying potential fraudulent claims and taking the appropriate action
- Providing excellent customer service in customer service at all times and managing customer expectations
About you:
- Have an understanding of the motor claims process, this can be domestic or commercial motor experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload in a fast paced working environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service orientated
- Emphatic nature
- Great attitude and eager to learn
