We are currently recruiting a new Underwriting & Claims Technical Training Manager, this is a rare opportunity which will see the successful applicant joining our Underwriting & Claims Development team in our George Street office.
Reporting to the Head of Underwriting & Claims Development the purpose of this role is to develop and maintain documentation and facilitate training on the philosophy, strategy, products, processes, guidelines and standards for Underwriting and Claims. Research material and develop staff on industry best practice whilst ensuring standards are consistently met.
We are looking at speaking with people experienced in learning and development, along with the ability to understand and translate detailed product terms, medical conditions, financial entities, system and legislation/regulations impacting the life insurance industry.
Your; facilitation, reporting and technical writing skills will be second-to-none! You are a self-starter however, you can also take guidance and direction.
Ideally you will have an insurance background, perhaps with a claims assessing backgorund; although not mandatory it would be favourable.
