This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to manage a portfolio of high end clients within the retail division, working with an award winnng insurance broker based on St Kilda road.

Account Manager - Insurance Broker

• Manage your own portfolio of clients

About the role :

In this challenging, fast paced and dynamic role your primary objectives will be to:

• Manage your own portfolio of clients within the retail division
• To process all forms of insurance risks falling under the definition of Retail Insurance including; quotations, new business, endorsements, cancellations, renewals, renewal declarations, closings
• To retain and increase your existing book of business

To be successful :

You must have the following key attributes:

• An understanding of policy wordings
• The ability to make comparisons between underwriters products
• The ability to meet individual clients requirements
• Meet ASIC requirements
• Minimum Tier 2
• WinBEAT and Sunrise experience
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• High level of professionalism and presentation
• Excellent negotiation and time management skills
