What you will be doing:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for assessing your clients’ insurance needs by delving into their situation and recommending an insurance suite to ensure they have the cover they need. Working in the B2B space, you will have a large selection of policies at your disposal allowing you to offer a wide range of coverage to suit a large portion of the market.
The client base is very loyal and put a lot of trust in the work the brokers do. The team continuously deliver on service which keeps the current clients happy and helps win over new clients. Your problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box will see you succeed in this role and build a business within a business.

What you must have to apply for this role:
- A number of years’ experience as an Insurance Broker
- Tier 1 compliant
- Strong time management
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- Experience servicing SME clients within the industrial/agricultural sector
- Experience in heavy motor insurance
