The Role
Working within the insurance operations division, your core responsibility will be managing incoming calls from customers and advisors, processing claims and providing administrative support to the overall claims process.
Key Responsibilities
Answering all inbound calls for notification of new claims, professionally and with courtesy
Setting up new claims and updating the relevant systems and completing all associated documentation
Providing information to Case Managers and stakeholders as required.
Generating letters and issuing claim forms to customers and advisers
Undertaking any general administrative duties
Skills & Experience
