Looking for an opportunity to support a large team in reaching their daily goals?

We’re looking for someone to help assist a team who focuses accurate processing of Health Insurance Claims for our members.  

Our Claims team is responsible for assessing and processing General, Dental, Medical and Hospital claims for our members to a high degree of accuracy.

About the Role

In this Permanent Full Time role reporting to the Claims and Benefits Manager, this is a multi-tasked role and involves managing enquiries about products, services, and processing incoming health insurance claims.

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Processing customer claims using knowledge of health fund products, processes, services and rules.
  • Working within a team to exchange up to date information and distribute workload.
  • Provide relevant oral and written communication to customers and to other teams within the organisation.
  • Manage enquiries from customers and respond with a high-level of customer service over email or telephone.

 

About You
To be successful in this role you will be a positive and proactive person who is keen to work with others to achieve the goals of the team. 

We are looking for someone with previous experience in achieving high levels of productivity and accuracy in data entry. 

With excellent time management skills, a quality focus and attention to detail, you will have the ability to build rapport with others, and a demonstrated ability to meet KPI's in an operational environment.
