Due to an internal promotion we are currently seeking a positive and enthusiastic Outbound Retention Consultant to optimise our interactions with our membership.

As part of a small team the successful candidate will :-

  • Proactively contact members via direct outbound calling to encourage active engagement with their superannuation fund
  • Provide general advice and exemplary customer service to members in an efficient, professional, consistent and accurate manner
  • Promote engagement campaigns
  • Provide accurate and timely communication of superannuation information to members
  • Respond to member queries relative to their needs, offering appropriate solutions and delivering an exceptional member experience
  • Raise retirement planning options and promote leads for the advice team.

 

To be considered for this key position you are likely to possess 2-3 years experience in financial services or in a call based role, preferably with exposure to superannuation. You will need to be prepared to become RG146 compliant. Additionally you will possess a professional can do approach, with a genuine desire to provide exemplary service to our members, you will have strong computer literacy skills and a friendly confident telephone manner.
