Great role with leading Commercial Insurance provider likely to have 4-8 years experience working in the Change Management space.The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to use your excellent change management skills to deliver change management experiences for our business and partners impacted by our strategic initiative. This is a fun, experienced team within a large corporate - they operate with a lot of flexibility and autonomy
Key Accountability:
- Strong experience to provide support, guidance, and advice staff on the implementation.
- Proactively forecast and plan for end to end initiative change management design and delivery success.
- Provide change delivery engagement & collaboration across multiple parallel running projects.
- Proactively identify implementation opportunities and select the most appropriate avenue for resolution.
- Change Lead with over 4 years of complex organisational change management experience, including experience with financial services Change Management experience in an Agile and Continuous Delivery approach is mandatory.
- Hands on experience to system implementation tools like SAP, CRM
- Strong ability to Manage change in a way that reduces the concern experienced by others and clarifies priorities when leading change.
- Provide regular reports and information on implementation.
- Support local stakeholders in the completion of the Planning and Reporting Tool.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement with all levels
- Strong interpersonal skills to leverage relationships to drive implementation activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Education of relevant staff on the required deployment activities and processes to ensure successful deployments to sites, supporting the cascade of knowledge and skills.
- Tertiary qualification/s in change management, business, management, human resources or related fields.
- Strong experience working on implementation of the programmes with other strategic initiatives.
- Experience to Change Implementation Planning and Management.
- General Insurance, BFSI domain experience is desired.
