Due to exciting growth in company, the role of Client Services Coordinator has now become available. This role will provide assistance to the Personal Lines Manager, Account Managers and Brokers of the Personal Lines team with a focus on developing and maintaining customer relationships. The Client Services Coordinator will also deliver administrative support to the Personal Lines team.

The successful candidate will be passionate about being part of a team and have a focus on delivering exceptional client service whilst providing support to the Personal Lines Team. To be successful for this position you will have:

  • Tier 2 in Insurance Broking is desirable but not essential (can be completed once commenced)
  • Experience in Microsoft Office packages (particularly Excel)
  • Ability to manage the support of others in the team and own workload
  • Pragmatic and logical approach
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-driven, motivated approach
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated experience in other coordination based roles
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • The willingness to roll your sleeves up when required
