About the roleWe are looking for a motivated and customer focused individual to join our Client Partnership division to meet and exceed all KPI requirements. In this position you will develop professional and collaborative working relationships with fund trustees and various internal divisions to ensure client deliverables are met within agreed time frames whilst working towards the ongoing success of the organization via identifying and managing fee for service opportunities.
Managing/developing a team of direct reports (i.e. Trustee Service Consultants) will be a requirement of this role.
Key duties
- Client engagement - positive interface with clients, provide advice to trustees, attend meetings as required and develop professional and collaborative relationship with Trustees and trustee staff
- Internal stakeholder management - maintain effective team work within the CPM team and other areas, coach team members, assist managers and team leaders to ensure staff within the team receive necessary training and coaching
- Account management - negotiate with service providers, review and monitor SLA adherence and ensure remedial measures are in place, ensure business rules and procedures are adequate to maintain privacy and security
- Operational delivery - ensure fund operational requirements and business rules are up to date, ensure unit price and crediting rates are up to date, ad-hoc projects, provide accurate plan and financial information to trustees, assist in identification and action opportunities for process improvement
- Legislative and Policy requirements - ensure compliance with APRA, ASIC regulations and SIS, maintain knowledge of superannuation legislation and trends

About you
- RG 146 qualifications desirable
- ASFA 100 qualification or higher, and or other relevant tertiary qualifications desirable.
- Experience in the superannuation industry in a similar or specialist role
- Knowledge of compliance and legislation applicable to superannuation
- Solid relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience in negotiating and influencing stakeholders
- Sound judgment and commercial decision making skills
- Solid logic and analytical skills
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Power point)
- Strong problem solving capability
- Delivery / outcome focused
