The Opportunity

Our aspiration is to provide a world class claims service by seeking out the best way to help our customers during their time of need, whether it’s having their home burgled or suffering a catastrophic loss to their property. The start of this journey is to build Australia’s most respected property claims team and to do this we recognise that we must invest in our people.

As part of this plan we are currently looking for a proactive and motivated Claims Officer to work from our Parramatta office on a full time permanent basis.

 

What does success look like?

We are not particularly looking for individual with experience, as possessing the right attitude, motivation and willingness to learn and be challenged is important to us and to build on the exceptional culture in our Property teams.

 

You will possess:

  • Sound customer service experience - insurance background a bonus
  • Determination, positive attitude and the drive to be challenged and succeed
  • A strong focus on customer service with the ability to build rapport over the phone and handle varying customer expectations and demands
  • A highly empathetic approach to dealing with customers, possessing the ability to be friendly yet professional
  • A modern approach to improving the business and a willingness to embrace change
  • Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
