CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR TEAM LEADER

We are delighted to represent this genuine employer of choice who is seeking a switched, enthusiastic Claims Assistant with previous work-cover exposure to join this premium insurance company located with truly stunning offices.

This is a great opportunity for an Insurance professional to work with a dynamic team, that offer true progression opportunities and real benefits beyond a salary.

This temporary role could lead to a perm position in the longer term, however it is ongoing at this point.

The role is varied will include the following duties:

• Assisting in all administration for the team of Account Managers
• Directing workflow for the administration team
• Processing high volume invoices, and payments
• High volume data entry, on numerous CRM systems 
• Collating all supporting documentation
• Writing letters to claimants 
• Electronic filing of all paperwork

The perfect candidate will have:

• Insurance experience with Acction or fig tree
• Ability to be proactive and use initiative
• Strong IT skills with accuracy and attention to detail
• Multitask and prioritise workload on a daily basis
