The ideal candidate will exhibit:

-An enthusiastic approach to customer service 
-A team leader who wants to be in the trenches alongside their staff
-Solid background in Senior Management role of full-service restaurants
-Full understanding of Profit and Loss statements, ability to control labour costs, and   cost of goods.
