We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated and efficient venue manager.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Management Experience 
• People Management, including rostering and full accountability of labour costs 
• Meeting company targets within approved budget constraints 
• Implementation of staff training & development to ensure a consistent customer experience 
• Management of back of house operations including; auditing, stock control, and banking 
• Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated 
• Proficient understanding of POS systems, specifically BPOZ
• Current RSA
• The ability to make fast and accurate decisions under pressure and be able to think on your feet
• Cash Management & reconciliations ability 
• Managing security personnel & costs 

Working times will consist of days and nights including weekends.
