We are looking for an experienced chef or cook who is looking for a great work life balance, must have proven experience and willing to bring their A game into a venue with a great culture located in Greenbank.

We want this person to be hands on, someone who can take direction, work as part of a team and able to work  independently when needed, must be willing to prepare and plate high quality food in a timely manner, food that entices people into our Venue.

This is a great opportunity for a Chef or a cook who wants to work in a venue with a reputation for good food, you will work alongside some very talented chefs and have a great work life balance.

You should already possess the following:

• Maintains high standards of food, hygiene and safety
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to reliability
• Works within a team and independently when needed
• Relevant experience in this role
• The ability to create and plate great food
• A flair for presentation
• Must have own reliable transport
• Able to work weekends and split shifts.

  Middle Green Sports is a community club based in Greenbank, Queensland, Australia. We are a not-for profit club and our aim is to build on the local community spirit with a great venue for community participation. This is done with honest and friendly service, coupled with consistently good quality fresh food from our restaurant “The Foodery”.
