The raw bar is an integral part of South Sailors offering and we need a chef to take the offering to the next level, we smoke, cure, pickle and sashimi our fish and are growing a loyal customer base that appreciate the great product we are working with.
Job tasks and responsibilities
run busy raw bar section
sushi experience highly regarded
stock control
follow OHS guidelines and ensure clean safe working environment.
Help train and motivate others
be prepared to work in other sections of the kitchen.
Onsite Accommodation will be available and negotiated in salary package for right candidate
