The Role
As Sous Chef you will lead the kitchen whilst assisting the Executive Chef across the management of the kitchen.
You will lead and further develop junior chefs within the brigade

The company is an extensive hotel group that has experienced strong growth over the past 12 months and is in acquisition mode managing a solid number of hotels.
Skills & Experience
- We are looking for a current Sous Chef or an experienced Chef de Partie who is ready for the next step in their career
- Ideally you will have xeperience within a high volume venue, either a casual style restaurant or a hotel.
